The process starts from initiating a cancelation request by sending an email or a phone call to your account manager. You immediately receive a confirmation from your account manager with the date of cancellation. Yes, it is as simple as it sounds. Our official policy on cancellation stands as follows:
AdroitKey, in its sole discretion, has the full right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. It will be happened in the event of if AdroitKey IT Services find any customer getting involved in any abusive behavior, tries to access any of our servers or portals servers or databases without authorization or our permission.
AdroitKey may also terminate your service and cancel your account in any case of data thept and using any software which is illegal.
AdroitKey reserves the right to refuse service to any customer under various circumstances at any time.
AdroitKey provides, One time incident based plan & subscription based Plan for computers software/technical services users. AdroitKey IT Services is a reliable service provider everytime and has an easy refund policy for both incident based plans and subscription based plans. In case of a subscription based plan, the customer can ask for a full refund if AdroitKey IT Services fails to deliver the services or doesn’t resolve any single issue within the first 15 days of the subscription. If AdroitKey IT Services was able to resolve either one or more of your issues, the fees will no longer be refundable. However the guarantee is still valid and if In future the customer come acros with same or other issue and if our technicians have worked on the problem two or three times and the problem still exists in customer's computer excluding any hardware related issue then the customer can get advise to resolve the problem or can ask for the refund that will be made on pro rata bais and parcial secure after deducting the necessary service chrages will be initiated. The refund canl take 7-10 business day to reflect in same account.
In the case of one time incident based plans below mention policy will be followed-
In the case of one time incident plan the customer can ask for full refund only if the problem does not resolved in 24 to 48 hours (business days)
Our refund policy has been formulated to explain the situations under which AdroitKey will provide a refund, the procedure for appealing a refund and the accountability of AdroitKey in conditions resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services you are stating that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions defined in the refund policy.

AdroitKey’s liability is bound by the value of the portion of the project (as per our proposal) which remains unfinished at a given point of time. AdroitKey is not obligated for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point of time. The liability to refund holds only if the project has been cancelled by the client and such cancellation has been communicated to AdroitKey in writing.
The partial refunds will be administered and mailed within 7 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the commencement of the project i.e.; refund by check or refund by credit card.
And the full refunds will be processed and mailed within 7 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon in the beginning of the project i.e.; refund by check or refund by credit card.
AdroitKey may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically.
